I sit on my butt most of the day at work - so now, as soon as the phone rings - I get up and walk around while talking. I also set my 'alarm' to 1.5 hours - if I have been sitting, I get up and move. Its funny how we just don't realize how much we sit... When I get home, I do not allow myself to watch tv (while sitting)…

I was happy to see that its not just me - I have been working very hard this week and yesterday I was up 2.5 pounds - uggg... with this crazy weather (in Ontario) - no breaks - I was so depressed. But this morning I got up and I was down 3 pounds.
