Thanks. Ya, I'm more of a pear now than hourglass. I've always been bottom heavy but my bust was bigger before. I guess I assumed that after gaining weight I would lose weight in proportion but that doesn't seem to be the case. Below my waist was probably 2 inches smaller or more and my bust was about 2 inches larger than…

I've put in the work for sure. My before and after shots are below, I'm just about at maintenance so I wouldn't say it's early on in the process. I've been strength training and definitely see definition, I just feel like my figure has changed, which I wasn't expecting.

I eat fat free Greek yogurt for breakfast, light and fit. I eat either tuna egg salad, turkey, or a chicken Caesar salad for lunch and I often add shrimp to the salad. Dinner I have lean meat with a veggie. I drink an Atkins shake with breakfast, a premier shake with dinner, and two scoops of whey throughout the day.

Fat free Greek yogurt. I like light and fit, about 12g of protein a cup. Oikos triple zero has 15g. String cheese is another good source of protein, about 6 grams a stick. Then there's always protein bars and shakes. Mostly dairy products, I guess

I CANNOT believe you just said that...I am completely obsessed with Taco Bell!! I'd eat it everyday if I could, and actually did in high school for lunch haha. I also do not get diarrhea from it, haha. I saw this thread in the forum and entered with the intention of say Taco Bell, and then I saw your post. Sooo glad…

In the cardio section, there's an option for strength training wherein you can put in the minutes and it calculates calories
-
I actually just started doing that about 2 weeks ago, prior I would just put in the reps and exercises I did through the strength thing. Idk if it's more accurate now or if it was more accurate before without any calories

Thank you! And yes, that's 39 pounds, I'm down 44 total now. But I agree, it's definitely a transformation
-
I use a variety of things including turkey pepperoni, Canadian bacon, chicken sausage, mushrooms, diced green peppers, green onions, etc. In my omelettes. And spices including pepper, cumin, adobo

So I typed up a whole thing but I must not have posted it. Anyway, thank you, and yes that's really me on both pics. I'd like to say the before shot is photoshopped but alas, I actually looked like that. I'm at the gym 6 times a week. I do HIIT on the treadmill and hills on the bike 3x and strength training and steady…

Honestly, I didn't really and truly notice a difference until I made a before and after shot after about 4 months. I had lost 39 pounds by then and my clothes had started to fit differently but I didn't really capture the work I had done until I put the pictures up. Others had been noticing my weight loss and many had…

This is great! Thank you

Tuna egg salad on a whole wheat and flaxseed flat with a P3 snack (turkey almonds and Colby I believe)

Love Atkins. I keep them in the freezer as "just in case" meals when I'm short on time, probably eat them once a month. I like the teryaki beef stir fry, beef Merlot, meatloaf and mushrooms, and sesame chicken

You look great! What lifting program are you following? I'm trying to pick up a structured program

So anyway, before this turns into an argument, y the tip about fiber, while true, has nothing to do with what I was asking. I'm not sure if you misunderstood the question, but it was more about how to define a cheat. It was not about what a cheat should be composed of when to cheat
-
My question was more around IF that's what folks consider a cheat more than confirming that I am cheating. So it sounds like your answer is no, along with most of the rest of the thread, haha
-
That is not at all my question. I'm not asking whether or not I should cheat or what my cheat should look like.
-
I'm sorry, in super confused by what you're saying. Doesn't seem to answer my question

See, I wouldn't even say I have more of a salt tooth. I don't eat particularly salty things, it just seems to add up somehow.
-
Wow, thanks guys. This is all super helpful

My water weight appears to be fine, as I have a scale that measures this, and I don't feel particularly puffy. It's honestly just the numbers, which don't seem to be posing a problem as of now but I don't want to get into bad habits and cause a problem later on
-
Thank you for this. Strangely, I didn't really consider that. Not for nothing, I don't want to get into the habit of overindulging then having to lose weight again, but worse case scenario, this is true.

I got the premium app this month solely because I went out to dinner one day and made some substitutions in my meal and needed to quick add some of the macros for it to be accurate, as I'm focused on high protein. So it's good for that, if you're often quick adding things and focused on macros. I like that it shows the…

There's actually a forum for people looking to gain weight that probably has some super helpful tips and tricks. I'd check there first

Last year when I switched my closet over for spring, I had put together a bag of clothes that I didn't like/couldn't fit to donate to goodwill. After a while, I got used to seeing the bag sitting there in my bedroom, and unfortunately they never made it to a donation bin. But fortunately, I happened upon the bag again a…

I lost about 25 pounds in 8 weeks having a cheat meal once every two weeks. The following 6 weeks I switched to having a cheat item once a week. I've lost an additional 17 pounds on that plan. Cheats are absolutely possible for weight loss
