Thanks you guys I had the calorie goal at sedentary and Just added exercise calories but I've been feeling very hungry tired so I will up my intake.

Safe to say above 10000 steps is highly active ?

Ok I will check but also my steps on Apple Watch say 23000 but won't sync with app which says 17500
