Activity level?
Hi , Wondering what users would set there activity levels to for caloric allowances ? I'm a small business owner , prepping , cleaning , baking . On an average day I get a minimum of 10000 steps . I log my exercise separate . Should I set sedentary or lightly active ? Thanks for any input .

Hello I average 15000 steps Per day and am wondering what to set my activity level to ? When I put sedentary and my Apple Watch calculates 15000 steps Mfp gives me 25 Calories for that lol

Okay so another calorie question . What is the general rule for setting activity levels on the app with exercise . For example I set the level to not active and have my workout added on to that ? Or if I’m active on top of exercise should I change to a different activity level?

Hello I was wondering if anyone has had success at maintaining weight even when macros are way off . For example minimum protein , low fat , very high carb but calories are at maintenance level ? Can you eat junk food as long as calories eqUate what is needed.

Fitbit steps and calorie sync
Hello everyone, I’m considering getting a Fitbit . My Apple Watch will give me 130 calories for 24000 steps lol. Seems low I am told the Apple Watch doesn’t work properly on this app which sucks . Can some one let me know what a fit bit gives for their step count. ? Is Fitbit more generous ? Thanks.

Hello so I’m on vacation and we walked. 24000 steps . My added bonus for that was 90 calories. I set my activity level to sedentary so basically I need 1750 for the day . Sounds kinda low. Does this sound right.

Binge eating
Hey guys was wondering if anyone has dealt with binge eating. ? I’ve dieted my whole life and have always. Binged a day or two during the week. But I’m so sick of it . The next day I end up under eating and exercising to “ make up for it “ in fear of gaining weight. ! Any thoughts.

I am sitting at. 18000 steps tonight ! What should I set activity level to. ? If I do at sedentary it only gives me 35. Calories for those. Steps. Meaning my calorie total with no Attempted exercises. 1700 ? Does that sound right.

I set MVP to sedentary . I am 5"6 135 And says. 1650 with no exercise. I average. 20000 steps a day ! With exercise totaling. 500 calories burned. So I should eat. 2000 to maintain why can I not when I am only eating. 1500 I heard metabolism is messed up ? Thoughts. ?

Hey y'all ! I am trying to lose. 1 lb a week set activity to low which puts me at 1200 bit then based off of my heart rate monitor ( 523 calories burned in workout. ) it added those in for a total of 1723. ? Which do I eat to lose the weight. ?

I think I have a low metabolism do to diet and exercise and under eating for years. I don't eat the recommended amount of calories to maintain weight and I have gained based on under eating and then binge eating a few days a week ? Has anyone experienced this. ? Should I eat what recommended calories are.
