Help with calories burned
I have a polar heart monitor that's also an activity tracker . Why are calories so high ? For burned with sedentary calories at 1200 and then adding in 1000 that would be 2200 and it's only 5:30 pm lol. Any help is much appreciated

I walk on average 16000 steps a day with no exercise . On days I workout I run 4-5 miles or spin , elliptical , etc. where should I set mfp to ? Should I put sedentary and then just add exercise calories ? Thanks so much for your help

Polar flow
I was wondering if the Fitbit and polar flow sync is accurate ? My sedentary calories are. 1650 to maintain weight , but at the end of the day my gadget says I burn 2400 total for the day. Does this sound right ? My steps usually end up at 22000

Good morning I was reaching out to see if mfp is accurate on calorie allotments it gives ? I am wondering if you have more success setting at sedentary and then adding in activity . I burn around. 400 calories in exercise. And I walk about 15000 steps a day ( I'm a stay at home mom ). Lol we move a lot thanks for the help…

According to mfp I can eat 1600 cals to lose being active ( I walk at least 15000 ) steps a Day so I put my activity level at active. I also exercise on top of that ? So it adds 400 to that number. Should I maybe set activity level to sedentary and just add exercise calories ? Seems like a lot of food to lose weight lol.
