Hello everyone. ,
I walk on average 21000 steps a day . What should I set activity to? That's included my running in it. !

I tend to set it low unless you are a manual labor person. Just my opinion to error on the side of caution0

Activity level is based on incidental movement not exercise eg sitting at a desk vs a nurse or a builder, busy stay at home person with young children vs a person who is relatively inactive at home or work.
MFP daily calorie allowance excludes exercise activity but does add back exercise calories when you log them, therefore, giving you more calories to consume.0
