Tracker said a total daily amount of calories being. 2600. That sounds crazy too ! I use an Apple Watch. To track steps.

Update ! Ok so I really made a point to track steps on a non busy day , it was 11,000 . Should I set mfp to lightly active or active ? With exercise it goes up to 16000 steps. Sometimes more. Thank you. For any help.

Yes 12000 is with non intentional exercise. With exercise steps get up to 18000 .

Ok. I did recover From anorexia. 2 years ago so could be that body packed fat on after eating away my muscle.

Good point so I need to be consistent with what is needed and not over eat . Meaning according to my fitness pal 2000-2100 with exercise.

I ran today 5 miles. ! So steps say 22000 1850 was to maintain with light activity ! You add more for running ? Seems like a lot of calories. ! What if i want to lose. 5. Lbs. ?
