I was wondering if the Fitbit and polar flow sync is accurate ? My sedentary calories are. 1650 to maintain weight , but at the end of the day my gadget says I burn 2400 total for the day. Does this sound right ? My steps usually end up at 22000

that sounds about right - I burn approx. 1900 with about 11k steps (not including any workout)0
