Good morning y'all .). I want to lose a lb a week! I exercise most days. My question is what activity level should I set myself
At without exercise. . I wear an Apple Watch and it says I walk ( including my run) 21000 most days . Should I set at sedentary and add in exercise calories?

If you have a job it's easy to figure your activity level. Are you paid to sit in a chair and 'work', or are you paid to stand and walk around for 'work'? The first is sedentary, such as an office job, the second is a lot of other jobs such as teaching and nursing, which are lightly active.
If you start as 'sedentary' then have your gadget upload your data to myfitnesspal, the only thing you have left to figure is the faith you want to give to your gadget when you start eating your exercise calories.
What sort of job do you have?0 -
