You don't have to be rude

I stay there volunteering with my wife
-
Lol not when you have a little girl with tennis lessons and a teenage son who is the drum major of his marching band.
-
People would never sit beside me on the bus because I was so big. To my surprise, a young man asked me if I could move over because there were no more seats. I felt proud.

Honestly, it's all about how you feel. MFP sets the limit to 1200 because they don't want to encourage under eating. If you feel fine, go for it. Just be sure to look put for the signs your body is telling you. If you get hungry, eat. Besides that, keep doing what you are doing and remain consistent :)
-
Now to wait for people to comment "you need to focus on eating healthy and staying satisfied. This isn't healthy". Just give it a few minutes
-
Whenever you have a craving chew some fat free gum :)
-
You can give your opinion without being rude. Honestly being rude and using the excuse "it's a public forum" Is the most immature thing an adult can do. It's honestly pathetic and I'm not gonna spend any more time arguing with you :)
-
I don't appreciate that. If you think my story is fake then you can. You however don't have to comment everything you think
-
Well basically, after spring break my wife met with the school's guidance counselor. They discussed the issue and according to my wife, he was very understandable. She also said that he had other reports about Hopper. So he called Hopper and Kimberly up and discussed the issue. Here's the best part: Hopper's mom (The…

Are you calling my story fake?
-
Do you all wanna know how my wife handled it? Because that is a funny story :)
-
I'm gonna Rewrite it because I worded it awfully
-
Definetly!
-
I said "if you remember my post about Kimberly and hopper" this is a out Tyler
-
They are nice and plump

Well honestly, as long as you are meeting your protein goal, the others really don't matter. They are more for guidelines. As far as being under your calorie goal, being slightly under is nothing to worry about. I'd say 200 under at the most. If you want to be right at your calorie goal, get some ice cream :)
-
Be sure you measure everything correctly.
-
Just keep it up. Remember that it is an emotional roller coaster. Some days you will feel great, others you won't. Whenever you feel yourself slacking, Just remember what your ultimate goal is!
-
You just put up a post on how you are not trying to lose fat but instead gain muscle. What is going on?
-
Drink water and eat protein! They are great for reducing cravings. Also remember that it's all a mental game. When you see that you want the greasy monster, You remind yourself that you don't need it. Then pop some sugar free gum in your mouth!

Try building muscle

I love the way you set that up lol. I need to go fix my math typo too!
-
Because Kimberly came home complaining about that brat messing with him. My wife knows how to handle a situation like that without blowing up. For me it's either I'm too soft, or they are calling security on me lol!
-
Oh believe I called the school earlier today! I actually spoke with hoppers mom and she apologized, but it was not sincere at all. Kimberly was complaining about him on our way home from picking her up from school. I'm gonna take her to get ice cream and talk to her about it then. I'm also gonna go to the school myself…

It's because he was overweight. I am also struggling with my weight, so I know that he probably felt bad when I said he had already had a cookie. I mean he was practically begging, and it made me feel bad because I could somewhat relate (In a non rude sort of way). I guess I gave him more money because I didn't want to…
-
Haha. That's the mom's business lol!
