Lost about 40 pounds since November. About 70 more to go to reverse my 1 year stretch of no exercise and overeating.

I recommend taking a good multi vitamin and sip fortified vegan milks weekly so you aren't missing any vitamins. Aside from that, there are a lot of simple things to eat. Feel free to look at my diary for ideas.

Lentils are about 18 grams of protein per cup, cooked. You can make a massive pot all at once in less than hour. Super cheap, too.
