Rice, chicken curry, tofu curry from my uni cafeteria. Hard to estimate but not much for $8.50, still hungry!

I'd like to see more research before I start changing how I cook my rice. One paper doesn't mean much.

Homemade can be pretty good to. I made up a large amount of stir fry last night where 500g was 420 kcal minus rice. I'd like to get Chinese takeaway more but I don't like eating without nutritional information.

Isn't a teaspoon 5mL (hope that's right as its how I measure out oil)? 15g of mayo would be more than that. Anyway I only use it for sandwiches where 15-25g is generally enough.

15g for the mayo.

My dentist told me to cut back so I did. After about a month I was used to only really drinking water, with maybe a can once a week.

The Kraft classic mayo is only 35 Calories a serving, at lest here in Australia. Salmon was a surprise for me. 200g is ~420 Calories with 60% of that from fat.

I'm pretty sure butter is the most energy dense food so about 1.4kg of it should be about 10k Calories. Though I'm not a doctor but I don't think this is good for you.
