I now have 2 eggs, chicken sausages, often with bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes, rocket. It's been great so far very filling and because the sausages are chicken the calories aren't too heavy. Since swooping my breakfast I've actually had better weight loss.

You really do look fab - I just got into a U.K size 8 top and I was just so shocked. I'm so one of those who don't believe how others say I look. Please believe me when I say you look amazing and from the title of your post I wasn't expecting a photo like that.

Omg don't eat that low. I don't have sugar haven't for 30 years, cut high sugar fruits all for health reasons there was a few weeks where a felt a bit shaky but that was it. Nothing since. My friend experienced your symptoms and her doc said she wasn't eating enough or drinking enough water.

Yep I have to agree an early workout really brings me alive. I never dreamed of being a gym rat but I am and whilst some find it a chore I really enjoy it - getting fitter and stronger feels really empowering

I think the belly is defo diet related and I try to eat the anti inflammatory type foods. Any type of weights have had an impact. I like kettlebells but also do Bodypump at the gym. Me and best friend did it just after Christmas and she is 5'5 and was 11 stone 10 lbs and she her monitor claimed she'd burnt just over 3000 but we went up from the car park where the toilets are and then back down a different way where we came out onto the road with a car park oppersite. I'm 43 and Yep it's harder but I'm 44 in 2 and 1/2 months and that's why I started the gym back in November and here3 weeks ago. My friends who are older (late 40's) find it harder still so I didn't want to wait.

Made my day because I too work out at 7.5kg and do most lifts at 10kg apart from on bench but my arms are getting better I'm still only up to 5kg. 1kg of muscle weighs the same as 1kg of fat but muscle takes up less space I have always been told at the gym by the PTs that doing weights now will help me retain muscle but I won't be able to build any until I start increasing my calories.

I got mine from amazon and make sure you get cast iron they are way better than the vinyl coated ones and better handles. I use an 8kg and 12kg. 12kg for swings and 8kg for everything else.
