I love Bodypump but it took me a while to be brave enough to try it. I have been going for three weeks 2-3 classes each week. Beerfoamy thanks for posting your weights and how long it took to progress to them as that gives me a good idea of what my progress should be. The weight you list is that each end or in total?

My gym has not stop classes from 6.45am to 8.30pm I love Spin, it's a killer but works. I love the lee mills classes and regularly do Bodypump and body attack. Myprotein whey isolate - it's only 95 calories - I have it in smooth chocolate and can easily drink it mixed with just water but actually enjoy the taste with milk slightly better and just keep within CO budget.

So easy to overeat on nuts - that was my problem. I was eating a very clean diet just too much of it. First week of weighing on a low carb diet and I've lost 6lbs, probably water weight, but like to think the weighing of food is more the reason

Best thing I did was join a gym who who offer loads of classes. I do a fab mixture of classes but also go in the gym and do my thing when I want to.

Yep raw honey a little bit in warm water with lemon on the morning when I wake up. Pure honey has so many health benifits, I have an allergy to sugar but a little bit of raw honey is ok if it's not raw I can't touch it.

I'd say I'd join you but I go 6 days a week and on Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday I'm doing two classes - so I'd feel a cheat - I'm a bit addicted to the feel good factor

I get loads of Pinterest and damndelicious is really good as well, really interesting and tasty meals, but a US site but you get used to it. DeliciouslyElla is good to, uk site, and you can easily add meat to all her dishes.

The exercise is motivating me to keep my food consumption good and clean. It makes me feel great, I mix with like minded people and as well as feeling fitter week on week I'm getting strong. I don't find going to the gym a chore I am pissed if I miss it one day though

In that case I guess I should do ok I can't have added sugar not even sweet tasting fruit such as mangos. So my only sugar carbs are mainly from natural sugar in veggies and dairy.

I feel your pain - i too struggle so try Nuts you only need a few Tablespoon of coconut oil Avocado - mega healthy Sunflower/pumpkin seeds I find it useful to make snack bags with nuts and seeds one for each day as it's also easy to over eat them without realising
