Same for me. I was thinking only this morning that my boobs are still tiny tiny but haven't changed but I'm losing on everywhere else. I seem to be getting a nice shape and from the male interest I've had lately I'm assuming my shape is noticeable even if I can't see it.

As told by my kettlebell I instructor If your doing a mixture of goblet squats,swings and snatches using a callenging weight for you then you will be burning towards the top end of 20 calories per minute. When I'm mixing up my workout and using my 16kg I usually use 15cal a minute

I've dropped 3 dress sizes and I can't see it yet. Having clothes that don't fit one week but do the next has helped me realise I must look slimmer. I put a photo up and MFP buddies helped with their comments and a member of staff took me aside yesterday and said she thought I looked amazing. I can't wait to see it myself

I started kettlebells when I had my youngest he loved just watching me and because they are very time efficient you can still get a serious burn with just 20 minutes. They also provide you with a bit of cardio as well as strength

Kettlebells - easy to use, time efficient. I go heavy with them, just about ready to move to 20kg. They give you useable strength that helps in your everyday life. They are also a great calorie burn because their is an element of cardio in the moves.

Kettlebells - very time efficient, take up little space, cardio and strength in one. Hell of a lot cheaper than a machine, fun as you can mix up the workouts.

What works for me is I just get up, I don't check my phone, or just think another 5 minutes or watch the news I just jump straight out of bed. Check the phone having coffee downstairs my mornings are much better for it
