I guess I'm getting a bit down lately. My weight loss has been slow. I'm currently 253. My goal right now is to get below 250, and I seem to be going nowhere fast.

It took me a while to start seeing the results myself. It started with my face getting a bit slimmer. It's still a struggle for me to see the weight going from places like my stomach but you will get there! Ive been losing weight quite slowling for nearly 2 or so years. Slow progress is better than no progress!3

I've dropped 3 dress sizes and I can't see it yet. Having clothes that don't fit one week but do the next has helped me realise I must look slimmer. I put a photo up and MFP buddies helped with their comments and a member of staff took me aside yesterday and said she thought I looked amazing.
I can't wait to see it myself
