#2 Gets me a lot. Especially at work. It seems everybody wants to shove sweets at me. And when I say no they look at me with disbelief. It's not just a slice of cake or a measly donut to me. It's a ton of psychological baggage.

Achy joints are a constant reminder that I shouldn't be this heavy. Everyday I slack off is another day of unnecessary pain. I'm 31 right now and already feel like an old crone. What happens when I am 50? I do this for my future self.

I know I'm the odd one out but just throwing in my two cents. I actually LOSE my appetite those days and feel weak and miserable. Chocolate is about the only thing I can eat all week.

Right on! For me, it's either Ben & Jerry or Talenti. That Halo and Artic Zero are bleh. They're pretty much frozen protein bars. I eat enough of that already.

I do both. I eat a little kale every now and then but don't beat myself up over eating a Whopper. Just had a Mcgriddle and hashbrown because I was too busy to cool. I'm still losing so don't really care. Friend me if you want.

50. My goal is about a pound per week. Theoretically, i'll get there some time in the summer of next year. Though, I've sometimes lose more than a pound in a week.
