I walk an average of 6 miles a day at work. I consider that lightly active :)

I only weigh myself twice a week. Otherwise I get too depressed. I'm trying to loose 20 pounds. I've lost 5 so far over 2.5 weeks. I'm that way. I'm on 1,200 calories a day and I find that I'm exercising my *kitten* off to get enough to eat, so I don't feel like eating my hand. I could easily do 1450 calories a day but this 1200 is brutal.

I work out 4 to 5 times a week and have for the last 16 years and teach a yoga class once a week. I just got too comfy eating over 2200 calories a day and often 3000. I got in the habit of eating all the snacks in the hospital breakrooms and then eating three squares and a large snack too

March 6 weight. 156. Would love to loose 15 by may 1. My GW right now is 140 at 5'6". After I hit that I am thinking I might go on maintenance for a while and then decide if I want to drop to 135 or so.

a ton of kale.. celery. copious amounts of grapefruits. lots of mushrooms. Bleechhhh I would rather starve. I love all veggies EXCEPT for Kale and Celery, and hate the nasty bitter grapefruit. I also hate mushrooms. I don't like cilantro either. Tastes like Ivory soap.

Thai green curry with black rice, eggplant, red peppers, green peppers, sugar snap peas, onions, broccoli, zucchini, carrots and basil. Yes, that's what I put in it when I cook it at home. No meat. Can't say I don't love my veggies.

Well I DO have long legs for my height, or my 6'1" husband has short legs. My inseam is 33. His is 30. My legs are way longer than his. My torso though... I'm so short waisted. Go through the goals thing on MFP again. Set the activity level to sedentary and set your goal at 1 lb/wk. Umm. Nurses are not sedentary
