My arms seem to be larger but I am wearing and sitting down in a size 6 skirt and it's not cutting in on my stomach. Still loose on it. I just want to get under that one fifty. I'm at 150.6

152. Size 10 is swimming on me and falling off me. Fit tight 8 pounds ago. Now my eights are loose.

I actually do weigh my foods and if I cannot weigh foods add 20% more calories than on the box because they are allowed a 20% variance in serving sizes. In MFP I always go with the highest listed calories per food and I use my Fitbit and hrm for calories burned

Have you ever been hit on by a chubby chaser. Nothing reaffirms the fact you are fat and ugly like that.

And I weigh myself nude after I use the toilet but before I ever get a sip of water in the morning. I had to take a sip this morning because I could not stop coughing but I don't think a sip is three ounces.

I am learning that I CAN eat most foods in moderation. Some foods to me AREN'T worth the calories. I'll skip the bread basket, because I can eat a more caloric meal if I skip the breads. I also am one of those odd birds that gains and looses all over, not just in one area, so I think it takes a bigger drop for me to show weight loss. If you loose primarily in one area, 6 pounds will really show.

I've recently lost 6, and I can't tell any difference on me. I am taller and heavier than you. My pants are looser though. I haven't told anyone I'm trying to loose weight, so they aren't looking either. I'm hoping the next 4.1; which will get me to my first major goal will show a difference.

Pecans, cashews, hazelnuts,walnuts. Almonds upset my stomach horribly. I LOVE nuts though. I crave nuts, cheese, beans and seitan.

I am hydrating. I'm trying to stay under 1100 calories a day. However I came home and ate a 100 calories almond pack so blew that for the day. Ugh

I have pcos but I'm not insulin resistant. I'm trying to stay at a thousand calories a day and work out HARD five days a week. Yoga or Pilates on rest days. And I'm struggling to loose a pound and half a week

5'6". 155 last Tuesday. Haven't weighed since then. Weigh day is tommorrow. Work out 5 days a week. Work as vet nurse so lightly active at work. Lots of lifting dogs/food bags and walking.

I'm the same way. My hips and breasts are always within a one inch measurement of each other, and I'm a D cup, so I'm pretty busty, but my waist is always about 10-11 inches smaller than my hips and bust, no matter what my weight is.

I have to stay that low or I barely loose an ounce or two a week. The days of my twenties, where cutting back to 1200 a day and dropping 5 pounds in a week or 16 in a month seem to be gone.

You really don't look like you need to loose 55 pounds. You look like you have a large bone frame, so I would think 30. You actually look good at your weight now. My " overages" on the weekends are simply going up from my 1050 daily calories to about 1450. Not a full pig out of 2000 calories or anything

I'm on 1200 a day, lightly active and I'm loosing but only about a pound and a half a week. I am trying to loose 2 a week but...no luck.

Teavana. White chocolate peppermint. Not calorie free. About 15-20 calories a cup but 100% worth it.

My mom and I are built very similar in height and build and she looks slender/thin at 135 and way too skinny at 125.

15 till goal one. Probably another 5 after that. Then I'll stay there for a while and see how I feel about it. I'm thinking 135 sounds about right for me at 5"6'. ( which is 20 down).
