My cat is dying of cancer. I alternate not eating and crying to stress eating. I have no idea if I've lost or gained since last Thursday. :'(

Discouraged
Very discouraged. Only about .8 a pound in the last week. Could the fact I'm lifting heavier make a difference. I've been hungry but working out or walking at least an hour a day and set my calories at 1390.

Does anyone else ever feel weak and shaky after a long cardio workout. I know some times after barre I feel light headed and see my hands trembling. I know a piece of candy or a bite of fruit used to fix that but I'm trying to cut out sugars completely

Still confused on " banking calories"
I was 531 under my goal yesterday. I was 149 over today . In the last week my average daily calories were 1038. So that means if one day I eat 1000 and the next 1400 they equal out right??

switching pounds lost per week
is it ok to switch up the amount of pounds you want to loose per week in your goals occasionally. I've lost 5 of my 20 goal, but this 2 pounds per week, 1,200 calories is a *kitten*. How many pounds do you have to loose to go down a size

what is banking calories
Do I get the calories I'm below on certain days to use other days? I was below every day but 2 each day last week and if I add it up, I was 707 below my calorie goal for the week. Which was 8400.
