Lifting heavy and hunger

Does anyone else get really really hungry after a heavy fast paced weight workout

    I had a cup of almond milk. That helped. Plus I probably needed the nutrition

    yes, i always have high protein food with me to eat on the way out the gym, Except my workouts aren't heavy fast paced, they are heavy slow paced.

    Yup! I get hungry. I make sure I eat soon after leaving the gym.

    I'm always hungry during the heavy week of the lifting cycle as in 2500 Calories a day is not enough hungry. I just make sure I have lots of high protein snacks available during those days.

    Not hungry right after the workout but later in the day, it catches up to me and I want to eat all the things. I usually like to keep something like hard boiled eggs around for post workout because I usually get satisfied with two of those and they are low calorie and a good source of protein.
