goal changes and healthy eating

I have changed my goals from 1.5 pounds a week to one pound a week. After 7 weeks of this I need a little break, and to focus more on a realistic eating style instead of just trying to stay under my calorie goals daily. I'm seriously not going to be able to work out two hours a day EVERY day just to stay under 1,250 with eating exercise calories back. I've realized over the past almost seven weeks (tomorrow will be seven weeks), that normal/healthy eating on an average day where I'm not hungry and when I focus on eating well, and still watching calories closely is about 1350 to 1450 for me. I've cut out a lot of carbs and sweets and have upped the veggies a great deal. But, trying to stay under 1250 means that I'm either starving all day because I ate something that was high in calories for lunch or a snack; or I'm freaking having to bust my *kitten* working out two hours that day . I think that pizza, tacos, and thai food should all be part of life...plus the occasional cookie , and it's much easier to work those in on 1390 calories than 1250
When I only have about 15 pounds to go I need to eat healthly
