March 6 weight. 156. Would love to loose 15 by may 1. My GW right now is 140 at 5'6". After I hit that I am thinking I might go on maintenance for a while and then decide if I want to drop to 135 or so.0

Following. Don't know if I lost anything yet but feeling good. I refuse to get on the scale everyday. Did that in the past and think it did more harm than good. This goal is helping me to stay on track. Support is so helpful. Currently at 165.1

Wow, I didn't see any replies for a few days and am just back to check!!! I've been doing pretty well, lost a couple of pounds and have been gaining some muscle too. I've been packing my gym stuff everyday and it REALLY has helped me get there. I've also been focusing on doing both cardio AND strength training. That always helps speed up the weight loss for me.
