I have kids, work and go to school so I know what you mean. It was tough for me in the beginning. I have to workout in the evening after kids are in bed during the week. Didn't get any workout in yesterday except for 20 minutes of walking since the kids and I had a "study hall" evening, but I know I'll put in some extra tonight!

Oh I know how you feel! I have stopped going into the kitchen/break room at work because they always have sweets on the counter or in the fridge. Only time I go there is to wash my mug. Good luck!

I have to use the recipe builder on a lot of the foods I eat especially enchiladas or since not everyone makes them the same and I don't use the canned stuff. Yuck! It might take a bit of time to search every ingredient, but once it's saved then it's easy.

I don't think that's bad, but I just wouldn't go less than that because you can end up developing nutrient deficiencies.

What about couscous or oven roasted veggies? Couscous seasons fairly easy so you can add lemon juice and cilantro after it's done cooking.

I haven't tried freezing anything yet. That might be a great solution for making them last more than a week! I'll try freezing one of these meals after and microwaving it after a week and see how one turns out! This is my first week and it's not really going as planned, mostly in the exercising stuff. lol. Eating part is ok, but now I'm getting hungry after I used up all my calories. Although 1200 is much lower than what I have been eating, I know I can do better I just need to get adjusted and in some kind of routine.

That's awesome, 20 lbs in 2 months! I know how you feel about the cheat meal. I do that too, but I find it easier to just remind myself how I will feel afterwards before I even eat it. It helps me not do the cheat meal or eat much less of it (if I absolutely have to have it).
