You have to manage your time better. Try working out more during your days off from work. I'm doing all that and I have kids. You can do it. Not sure if you cook, but when hubs use to work in the construction world I would make him burritos, wrap them in alum foil and put in a thermos. It stayed warm until lunch if you do have a good thermos.

I have that same issue and also don't have stress or anxiety. Melatonin didn't work for me. Sometimes sleep aid pills work and the extra sleepy time tea with valerian root. I ended up really likimg that tea though. I stopped drinking coffee and I didn't notice change. I even bought an aromatherapy humidifier to use with…

Not sure if you are interested in using another app, but you can log your workouts through MapMyFitness app. It links to this app if you go into settings. So when you're done logging your workout it automatically posts on mfp.
