The goal if I say I have one, is probably to be around 175-185 depending on muscle gains and such:) I have about 12 to go to sit at 185, but I want to be buff and have ripped legs and arms so I'm assuming muscle will be a factor with the higher the weight eventually:)

I'm currently 5,11 sitting at 197/8. Want to lose about 20-25 ish more, depending on muscle it can be on the lesser:)

I would probably def say new clothes! Everything fits ALWAYS just right! Clothes are way cheaper when there small also lol the best perk is basically getting to live a second life, I feel like I'm getting to do life for the first time❤️

I definitely look around in between sets. People watching for me is normal, I love it lol. Also I like to look around for the people who are "fit" per say and watch their form to try and mimick it. I like to see people do the "unique" workouts. It's kinda watching to learn in a way.

What's been my saving grace lately (sweet tooth) those flavored carbonated waters! It's like soda but nope! It's a fruity delicious zero cal/carb/sugar/fat drink! Some of that with a ton of ice! Carbonation kinda makes me full and I just sip on it, cravings go away for me! :)

I confess I lie about what I eat to people. ALOT. They see I've lost a significant amount of weight 100+ and it seems as if people are happier when I say "oh I just ate,I had a burger, I had nachos" makes them feel better. instead of what I actually ate, a salad, or chicken and veggies, bomb healthy food etc lol

People have actually called me a liar lmao I told them "all I do is eat clean, work hard, and if I really want something I eat it." They're like "no your on pills, you had surgery" usually followed by me saying " bishhh I effing worked hard, I did this my DAMN SELF" lol

Lmaooo so me!! I've lost 154 pounds in a year by eating healthy-ER and working my *kitten* off. Simple, hard of course, but not rocket science, I'll tell them exactly that, I eat good train beastly, and they look at me like I'm a liar, I'm like bro, idk I just do it!
