1) I'm going to bed at 8:00 to catch up on some much needed sleep.
2) I wish time didn't fly by so fast once I'm off work
3) Tomorrow I'm making the cauliflower version of General Tso's chicken.2 -

1) I have learned what others think about me is none of my business.
2) I have learned that we do not have to eat every time we are hungry. Hunger comes but quickly goes.
3) When you think about something that needs to be remembered or done, or you use something up that needs to be replaced, either put it on a list or do it right then. Don't think you will remember it later. You won't. Just like handling mail only once, (Put the bills where they live and throw out the junk right away) think of it only once. I wish I had learned this a long time ago. Life would have been so much easier. (Also, do NOT RSVP later, do it while the invite is in your hand......NOW!)

2. I just took some melatonin a bit ago...hoping it helps like it did the other night.
3. Then again, my littlest still wakes up often wanting me to go in there and lay with him, so I may not get sleep anyway if I don't get to sleep soon....lol. The floor next to a toddler bed is not comfortable.1 -

1. My little guy usually sleeps 12 hours though the night.
2. I know that makes me super lucky.
3. Melatonin helps me get to sleep but leaves me groggy in the morning.2 -

2. Finally no hurricane force winds (lol) so I can run outside this morning.
3. I just saw Pink Marshmellow Peep flavored Oreos just in time for Easter.. I wonder what flavors they can think of next?3 -
1. I haven't seen pink marshmallow flavoured oreos... they sound yummy!

I've got you big guy... Plenty of creme puffs, cookies and baked good here.. competing season.. all the calories but I'm afraid I don't have any beer.. But you can have cookies0 -

1. I just ate: 4 eggs, 4 slices of bacon, 1 red and 1 green bell peppers + tons of spinach

1. This is the first "Shrove Tuesday" in a long time that I'm not going to have potato pancakes

1. @Gimsteinn you can go running with me any time.. I won't laugh at your efforts if you don't laugh at mine. lol
2. I ran my long run in 15 mph sustained winds Saturday and I was so beat up from the feet up that I am praying the HM is not windy that day...
