I drink anywhere from 80-120 oz of water per day. I'm adding swimming and resistance training into my workouts as well. The important thing is that even though the scale isn't changing much, many other things are changing.

Thank you! I re-calculated 10-15 pounds ago, but will take the advice and run every 5lbs, weigh food, and keep on keepin' on!

I have a food scale on order (arriving tomorrow) that I plan to use religiously and see if that helps shed. I exercise on elliptical/bike/stairclimber 5 days per week. The good thing is that I see changes visibly (face, loose clothing, extra belt notches, etc). I will keep the course and continue pushing forward!

My first mini goal since I've started my journey February 11th was 30 lbs. I'm 7 lbs away from that, but loving how much more comfortable my clothes are fitting.

I am down 16.2 pounds in 3 weeks. Been eating right, and spending an hour at the gym 5-6 days per week doing the elliptical machine.

I love doing the elliptical at the gym. I was able to get 6 miles done in 1:05 (my fastest time yet). SW 310.6, CW 294.4, GW 200
