  • People have so many exciting things coming up! I'm looking forward to a job interview on Thursday. Well... sort of nervous too.
  • It's great you've decided to make a change and have already seen some successes! Feel free to add me as I'm just starting my journey out too.
  • You can do it! I'm just starting out as well. Feel free to add me as a friend. I find it super helpful to build a network on here for accountability and support.

  • Day 1 check in! Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? I did. No gym but I busted my *kitten* up and down the stairs in my house. Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? I did indeed Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep yep
  • Hi! If you need moral support - feel free to add me :) I'm sort of in the same boat. I feel ya. I'm trying to remember it's not a diet. It's changing my lifestyle and relationship with food. Which is hard because I LOVE food and just want to stuff my face all the time. Nothing more fun then going out to a new restaurant.…
  • Thanks for feedback. I'm also wondering if I've just shocked my body from going to nothing to a closer to normal amount.
  • So I find the only way I actually drink water is through this one water bottle I have - it has a straw which I love for some reason. I measured it out and I can fit three cups (like actual cups, not a glass) in it. I find I'm drinking about 4 of these throughout the day on average.
  • I'm definitely going to look into that, thanks!
  • No treadmill. But I do have a heck of a lot of stairs (I live in one of those tall, many floor townhomes). So starting today I'm going to take a break every hour or so and do some runs from top of the house to the bottom. I've done two sets - already dying. I'm also going to try and get out during my lunch break for a walk…
  • Barely 5'2 and looking to get off about 40lbs or so. You can definitely add me ;)
  • This thread was great to read. I don't have a fitbit so don't count my steps - but do have an office Job and worst of all - I work from home. So I literally walk 15 steps from my bed to my desk in the morning and that's about it. I go to the gym after work but never thought to add things in during the day... I feel so…
  • Hi Everyone. I'm Cory. I'm jumping in with two feet and thought I'd give this challenge a try. Being accountable is one of my biggest factors to success. I've got a pretty lovely life going on right now and want to fully be able to enjoy all of it.
  • I'll give this a try. Did make it out to the Feb 1 but March seems doable!
