Distance time and speed together burns the calories. Stopping just shuts the calorie counter down until you resume again as long as it is all within the 24 hour period. Remember MFP resets your calorie count for the next day.

I read your comments. If you think you need caffeine drink coffee and drop the pop. One pop is loaded with so much sugar that a few would put a diabetic into a coma. I have eggs n' oats scramble with toast and no sugar jam. That's 2 eggs mixed with 1/4 cup of oats. Makes for a 310 cal breakfast that sticks with me for the morning.

When baking with flours I always try to substitute unsweetened apple sauce tablespoon for tablespoon of oil. Seems to work on a lot of recipies and WAY lower on calories.

Try making a black bean and quinoa enchilada. The ones I made figured out to 265 cal per. You could eat two of these compared to one of yours.

I'm a fan of eggs n' oats. 2 eggs whipped with a !/4 cup oats mixed with the eggs and then microwaved in glass bowl that has been light sprayed with olive oil with 1 slice of bread toasted with no granulated sugar jam. Comes to 310 cal.

If you have a treadmill get on it. It burns calories and increases core strength. Plus if you can put it at 6% grade even more is accomplished. Start trying to do 10 min twice a day and work up from there. I did that and now am up to 2-30 minute sessions a day and take Sundays off.

My goal is to get to onderland. Started at 215 and am now down to 208. After I get to onderland I want to go to underland by tens till I get to my best weight of 175
