What Mini Goal is motivating you right now!

            Getting back to diving (on deferral post-op on my heart, gained weight due to steroids for treatment of pneumonia, and no longer fit into my dive BC)!4

            I've only recently started trying to lose weight again. I get to about 5lbs down, don't see any difference and then give up.
 This time, I'm determined to make it stick. I've lost 9lbs so far, which means I have 21lbs to go until I reach my goal wedding weight.
 My mini-goal is to have lost 15lbs in total by my birthday in April, which means I will almost be at the weight I was when I first met my fiancé 3 years ago.9

 As soon as I got home from work, I changed my clothes and walked that treadmill! Then Sat. and Sun. walked dog 3 and 3.56 miles respectively.
 My goal is to beat my 2016 time for the same 10K event, this year on April 1. Hoping the snow stays away too!

            Next mini-goal is to reach 190 - 3.6 lbs away.             Three quarters sounds even better than two thirds. I can see a healthy BMI in my future.

            Today I finally made it to onderland 199.8! My next goal is 185 to be overweight and no longer obese. The secret: keep going13

            Next goal: 145 by April 1.
 2.8 lbs away and I've been stalled for 5 days already. 
 Hopefully by next week, it will move again and I'll have my woosh that will get me there.3

            Getting into Onederland and staying there! I'm just under, and I know it will bounce back there for a bit, I'll be there by the end of the day but I saw it, lol! 199! When I can get under 200 and know that even at the end of the day, even with all my clothes on, the scale still won't go over 200 (ever again!) I will be ecstatic!12

            My goal is to get to onderland. Started at 215 and am now down to 208. After I get to onderland I want to go to underland by tens till I get to my best weight of 1756

            At 183.2lbs and I have 4 goals right now:
 1) Get into the 170's, 3.3 lbs to 179.9lbs.
 2) Down to 176lbs and healthy BMI, 7lbs to go
 3) Get into the size 8 Zara Jeans I bought on sale.
 4)Finish my running program Mid May.7

            Well this needs a bump and I hit my next mini-goal today. I've lost 25% of my starting weight.
 I'm 3/4's of the man I used to be.23

            I'm going to Myrtle Beach in July. I want to drop another 40 pounds by then and hopefully wear a bikini for the first time in my life and not feel out of place. I'm 184 now so it isn't too far of a stretch 
 Same! Virginia Beach in August, but otherwise- 183, hoping to drop about 40 more pounds, haha. Good luck! ^.^4

            On vacation right now, just trying to Maintain current weight loss. L post Sunday to see if it worked8

            I finally edged my way into overweight from obese. Now working on getting I to the 170s when I go visit my daughter the first weekend in May.12

            Receive official qualification 26 May at a gala Dinner - formal dress and very excited.10

            My mini goal is to get to 9 stone as I haven't been that weight since I was 17! I am only 3 pounds off now 9 9

            I've done really well this month (both keeping up with excercise/diet and seeing results) and I'm leaving for vacation for 8 days today. I will NOT be gaining back the 6 pounds I've lost the last three weeks.8

            What mini goal is motivating me? Getting started....again. All over again! Urgh. In September I was doing really well, I had lost around 30lbs, and all of a sudden those 30lbs are back and here I am
 Again.
 I just need to get started again. The first 5lbs. I guess that's my mini goal. Then to get back below 200lbs. Again for about the 5th time in as many years. So annoyed with myself......9

            I want to get to 142# since that's my lowest weight from two years ago. Only 5.5 pounds to go. After that I'll aim for a healthy BMI.6

            I want to get down to 140lbs which will be the lightest I have ever been!7
