I saw a sleep medicine doctor for narcelopsy. He did a sleep study and I had sleep apnea which was contributing to the narcolepsy. I have a cpap machine and medication now. It has made 100% difference in my life! (I had no clue I had sleep apnea prior to my sleep study.)

You can record your steps with it and manually input the information here. It may not give the number of steps, but you can choose waljing for so many minutes at a brisk pace. You do it manually. But if you download map my walj, it partners with my fitness pal and what you do there automatically logs here.

I used to eat fast food and not exercise at all. But I stopped fast food, sodas, and started walking on the treadmill maybe a week before Christmas.
