I used to put off exercising too. Now I literally schedule it in my day. I'm working from home so it's easy to just sit in front of the computer for 10+ hours and not move. Now my exercise break pops up once a day to remind me to get some healthy movement in, and it's been working great!

Best of luck! Motivation is hard, but you just have to keep at it! I used MFP years ago and got to my goal weight, but after many years and a baby, and now quarantine, it all crept back on. I'm back trying to get back under control so I feel strong and healthy for my daughter. Please feel free to send me a friend request!

Love this. Hi! What Beachbody program are you doing? I just started TurboFire because I had awesome success with it a few years ago, but I love LIIFT4, MBF/MBFA, and Morning Meltdown too. If I have energy at the end of the day, sometimes I throw on a Barre Blend workout too.
