Motivation and friends???

Hi All
Been on and off mfp for years. Almost hit target couple of years ago but unfortunately after a cruise I couldn't get back into it and gained everything back. Plus I usually end up back in the diet clubs which is nearly always slimming world (from uk).
So last year all the family went down with covid fortunately we avoided hospital but have been left with long covid. Started feeling better by end of February and kicked back in with sw and beachbody. Then came the covid jab as I'm a carer for my mum and all the symptoms are back the worst of which now is fatigue and nausea. Currently cant eat much only very plain bland food and couldn't get back into slimming world so started mfp with new profile new start. I have managed kick back in with beachbody every morning. Wondered if anyone wanted to add me and hopefully help me break the dieting cycle of mfp and slimming world once and for all and finally get this weight off. I'm also 55 this summer and every year that passes it seems harder to lose.

Hi! What Beachbody program are you doing? I just started TurboFire because I had awesome success with it a few years ago, but I love LIIFT4, MBF/MBFA, and Morning Meltdown too. If I have energy at the end of the day, sometimes I throw on a Barre Blend workout too.1

Hi....I started with Charlean...absolutely loved it and her but then covid hit so nothing until recently and just started MBF which I also love although had take a break with that because I've had reaction to covid jab!! Much prefer weights to cardio. I was thinking of doing another round of MBF because this one has been interrupted. Was thinking of doing barre after that but tempted with lift 4 🤔0
