  • This week has been much better for me. A girlfriend of mine is super motivated to lose weight too so we've been revving each other. I offered to drive at a party sat night so no wine obviously, very easy to say no to all the yummy food circulating, and lots of happy friends! Thanks so much for the motivational messages…

  • I had a good week this week, but am off on a long weekend away to Bali for our ten year wedding anniversary tomorrow. So I am going to try and be better, but not be too strict while we're away.   • Im also struggling with the weather but I think I'm in a different hemisphere from most of you. It's 40 degree C here and way too hot to get out for a walk. I did get out to the air con gym at 6 am though which was great.
