3400 for maintenance

It will only sync from MFP to Samsung Health, you can't get anything to go the other way. If the permissions are on (both ways) then it should work fine.

40 later this year! Feel free to add me

Feel free to add me! Been using the app for almost a year now, but don't have any friends

That's similar to how I have everything setup, but I use sync S Health to MapMyFitness for all exercise data.
-
I prefer cardio first or else I find I'm a bit unsteady on the treadmill
-
I've had trouble with this, so I use MapMyRun and UA Record as the primary means to log activity
-
I think maybe you should. What heart rate reading are you getting?
-
Do you have anything to track your heart rate? That can make it more accurate.

I think you just need to be firm that it's what you want to happen. I've been seeing my weight drop consistently for over a year, now it's slowly going back up (intentionally) but it's still weird not recording lower numbers each week.

Around 3250 - 3500, which is maintenance for me
-
I try and get everything done in an hour
-
I use insanity as a substitute if I'm not at the gym
-
Definitely eating too little, try upping it a bit
-
I use it because I'm using MyFitnessPal and MapMyRun as the main way for me to view my exercise and calorie data. Main driver was that S Health doesn't track heart rate for a general gym workout, whereas the Under Armour apps do.

Yes, turned on there. Is it working fine for you?
