I concur lift for the look you want specifically, not a number on scale.

I think you just need to be firm that it's what you want to happen. I've been seeing my weight drop consistently for over a year, now it's slowly going back up (intentionally) but it's still weird not recording lower numbers each week.

make up your mind... whats more important, a number on the scale, or how you physically look...?

I always focus more on the areas that are growing in a good way, and less on the areas that aren't.

I totally get you. I got down to a low BF and wanted it to stay that way but the path to what I wanted (beach body)was through increased weight (bulk). It's taken several months for me to accept the extra bit of fat around the midsection as a result of bulking, but I've also found that the weight/lean body mass ratio for a particular height person varies so, so much. Someone thin and curvy who's lifted weights and bulked might look like they don't weigh much but they weigh 20 lbs more than the 'just thin' person. Muscle mass is where it's at.

Give it time, try to accept that more weight will probably look better.
