  • weigh in day is wednesdays for me April starting weight is 205 Week 1 April 4:205 Stayed the same weight this week. Eating hasn't been great i need to get it together. ill start eating a super light dinner and finish by 8pm. lets see if that makes a difference for week 2.

  • So I started this month at 215 and today’s weigh in is 217. I gained 2 pounds. I’ve been having kick *kitten* work outs. I need to stop eating cookies and log every single thing I put in my mouth. I have 7 lbs to lose now in 3 weeks.
