  • Oh, don't forget deviled eggs for breakfast or snack, those are really cheap!
  • Roast a full chicken in the crockpot with a little water and bacon fat (or butter), serve with green beans and a side salad. Look for sales. Lots of recipes on line for kicking up the favor if you want, but not necessary. Serve sugar free pudding for dessert. Whole meal (serves 8) is about $8 total.
  • Connie, Google low carb veggies for a list (kale, spinach, broccoli, Bok Choy, collards, chard, cauliflower, etc.).   • If you eat the same thing a lot, enter it as a new created item. Make sure you label the title as "net carbs" for that food item. Some are already entered that way if you search.
