If fruit doesn't scratch that sugar itch for you, I recommend dark chocolate covered almonds. If you stick to the portion size, you get a sweet treat with a little added protein. Another option I find helpful is a cup of hot tea, something calming/decaffeinated such as chamomile, with a teaspoon of honey to sweeten it.β¦

The same thing happened to me last week. I think it has to do with adding in activity, ironically. If you have dramatically increased your daily activity/exercise (I went from 1-2 15min sessions per week to 5-6 30min ones) it takes your body a minute to adjust. DON'T GET DISCOURAGED AND QUIT!! Find a different way toβ¦

Since I started up again with tracking in December, I have noticed that I frequently hit or exceed my fat allotment while struggling to hit my protein and fiber goals. I mainly get the fat from peanuts, avocados, cheese, salmon, etc. so I know it's at least healthy fat, but I am looking for any suggestions for highβ¦

This is my first-time joining premium although I have been using MyFitnessPal on and off since 2017. One suggestion I have to improve the experience is when logging a recipe from the Recipe Discovery feature to your diary there should be a way to link back to the recipe itself.
