Thank you! That's good advice I will start with eating only half back and hopefully I will still be losing a pound a week and if not I'm not gonna eat them back. 345 calories does seem like a lot to tack on to my 1360 calories

Yeah this is all making a lot more sense now lol. Im gonna focus more on the limiting calorie part and not be so concerned about carbs. Im gonna eat 1300 to 1400 and day instead of 1200.. it's wayyy too low. Thanks for all the advice.. I should've known but when you wanna lose weight I guess sometimes you get tunnel vision…

I eat carbs but I try to limit them as much as I can lately. Im gonna stick to 1400 cals and see how that goes. Thanks

Yes that is true most times I estimate with meat portions cause they say 3 ounces is about the size of a deck of cards. So I should get a scale I'd probably be surprised with what calories I'm actually getting

Thanks I'm female 5 ft 3 146 lbs and I've been trying to lose 20lbs so I've been using meal replacement shakes for two meals and then eating meats and veggies cause I thought that would help with my energy levels. I've only been doing this for a couple weeks so maybe I just have to adjust
