I've been cutting calories I eat about 1300 a day and I'm exhausted is this normal and how do I reenergize?

It's fairly normal for someone who is excessively undereating. Given your screen name I'm guessing your male. It is not a good idea for a man to consume less than 1500 kcal a day, and that is for a smaller (shorter, thinner) man who is not very active.
You reenergize by eating more, making sure you're getting enough sleep, and staying hydrated.6 -
Thanks I'm female 5 ft 3 146 lbs and I've been trying to lose 20lbs so I've been using meal replacement shakes for two meals and then eating meats and veggies cause I thought that would help with my energy levels. I've only been doing this for a couple weeks so maybe I just have to adjust5

Might have to adjust whatever goal you've set for yourself. Anything over 0.5lbs is probably pushing it with only 20lbs to go. Eat actual food, cut out the meal replacement shakes.3

What are your stats and activity? Maybe you are in too steep of a deficit and need to eat more. What about hydration?0

My fit bit says I burn 1800 cals a day I'm active with my kids most the day0

This is a good idea. You should also consider getting a food scale if you don't already have one and verify the number of calories you are eating by weighing all of your solid food. While it is very common to eat more than you realize by not weighing your food it is possible to be eating less than you realize as well.

Yes that is true most times I estimate with meat portions cause they say 3 ounces is about the size of a deck of cards. So I should get a scale I'd probably be surprised with what calories I'm actually getting3

I just wanted to add that the 2 meal replacement shakes might be adding to the problem. Beverages will digest pretty quickly and might be causing your energy level to rise and fall quicker than a meal would.
Why don't you try changing to 0.5 lbs, do that for a couple of weeks and see how you feel? If you feel better, than you know what the problem is and have a decision to make. When I was losing, I set my goal to 0.5 lbs, but on days I was able, I'd try to leave a few calories on the table. Basically I was aiming for 0.75lbs, because I'm fancy For the last 10 or so though, I simply couldn't get my appetite to cooperate and settled for 0.5.7 -
"I'm active with my kids most the day "
So why did you set "I'm sedentary as my activity level"?
Don't keep aiming for the lowest cals or you might find "dieting makes you tired".
Ditch the meal replacement shakes, earn how to eat an appropriate amount of proper food now - just as you will need to when you get to goal weight.

Eating 1400 - 1500 cals should still result in weight loss.
How many carbs are you eating per day?5 -

Limiting carbs too much tanks my energy and really isn't necessary as long as you're also getting a healthy amount of protein and fat. Limiting overall calories too much (and 1300 is not enough for me) tanks it even more.7 -

Limiting them might be why you're feeling tired?6 -

You are doing a lot of things to make yourself feel tired!
Don't make something hard even more difficult, that's a dreadful strategy.7 -

Yeah this is all making a lot more sense now lol. Im gonna focus more on the limiting calorie part and not be so concerned about carbs. Im gonna eat 1300 to 1400 and day instead of 1200.. it's wayyy too low. Thanks for all the advice.. I should've known but when you wanna lose weight I guess sometimes you get tunnel vision and go get that it's gonna take a while and it ain't happening overnight 😕5 -
