I've been cutting calories I eat about 1300 a day and I'm exhausted is this normal and how do I reenergize?

Might have to adjust whatever goal you've set for yourself. Anything over 0.5lbs is probably pushing it with only 20lbs to go. Eat actual food, cut out the meal replacement shakes.

What are your stats and activity? Maybe you are in too steep of a deficit and need to eat more. What about hydration?

Yeah i think you are right michelle i think im just too eager to lose it and its making me sooo tired. I wanted to lose a pound a week but I should change it to .5 a pound

This is a good idea. You should also consider getting a food scale if you don't already have one and verify the number of calories you are eating by weighing all of your solid food. While it is very common to eat more than you realize by not weighing your food it is possible to be eating less than you realize as well.

Yes that is true most times I estimate with meat portions cause they say 3 ounces is about the size of a deck of cards. So I should get a scale I'd probably be surprised with what calories I'm actually getting

So why did you set "I'm sedentary as my activity level"?

Don't keep aiming for the lowest cals or you might find "dieting makes you tired".

Ditch the meal replacement shakes, earn how to eat an appropriate amount of proper food now - just as you will need to when you get to goal weight.

You're right I should change it to lightly active at least

Eating 1400 - 1500 cals should still result in weight loss.

How many carbs are you eating per day?

I eat carbs but I try to limit them as much as I can lately. Im gonna stick to 1400 cals and see how that goes. Thanks
