I have been fluctuating between 72 and 75 kgs since the end of September. At this point I just want to see a 6 at the beginning, even if it is 69.5

I came to wish eveeyone a Very Happy New Year. I have been without my laptop, as you might remember, but I have also been static with my weight. I will see if I can join this next chellenge, ( thank you Barb!) and maybe get on the wagon again!

I have also thought that, why did it take me till 47 to learn about nutrition, and to take myself in hand. Why, when I did every fad diet I heard about, did this not dawn on me? If we are going to fess up to our weigh-ins, I am up again , for a grand total of half kilo lost all month. Since I lost nothing in October, I am…

Niki, if I like food I enjoy eating it for days, so that's a win in my book.

I am sorry I haven't been posting. November 1 to 10 I ate well and within goal and I felt wonderful. November 11 to 20 I ate terribly ( like 2500 to 3000 calories,) and felt awful. and it wasnt just the calories that made me feel bad, but just the terrible, processed sugary stuff I ate. I need to stop, but I just couldn't.…

I have noticed the following... A lot of people comment on my weight loss (I live in a small town and everyone has mostly known me as a little to a lot overweight ) and I smile and say thank you, but it doesn't sink in. However, when the people here are supportive and say hey look at how well you are doing! It really sinks…

@happygirlxxx I feel this so much! I do the exact Same thing. And I am still carrying all my bad habits with me. It so surprises me that they aren't gone, I still give in to indulgences even when I KNOW I am not hungry and will feel heavy and bloated and bad after. I still want to eat when I'm sad or mad or stressed or…

Welcome @alanidee @brilessmith and @KolleenS . Good luck with your goals!

Sorry you have to go through this. Do you think being ravenous today is emotional? Also, tell that nurse about your great attitude and your love of life.. there is no way you are regaining! Keep us posted!

@tdunnegan Thanks for your consideration. I will look into those books. As I've said I was so good with this new routine for the first months that it really bothers me that my habits are still there, barely under the surface,, Obviously I'm downing all these calories without hunger. And I'm allowing myself to. Why was…

@Nikion901 Thanks for that cause I am having a hard time with the math, it's a little clearer now... I still have to work out my numbers to see if I grasp it.
