  • I know I binged for 5 days... I take full responsibility, but is it really possible to gain 6 pounds in a week? I certainly don't ever lose that quickly . On a positive note, yesterday I ate slightly better than the previous 4 , and today I plan to be slightly better yet :) I will post later .

  • Friday fitness.... I don't do anything except walk my steps using the fitbit I got August 5. It is helpful as it gets me up from my desk and moving but it's not exercise.
