Thanks! I will have to consider that as well. I've only been doing keto for a week and the information is a little overwhelming. I'm really just doing it for the electrolyte/sodium maintenance to avoid keto flu :) for now.

That is hilarious! That was actually one concern I had about buying them. I want them to taste good, but I don't want them to trigger a binge session. That's one thing I've loved about keto so far, absolutely no compulsion to binge at all. Granted, I'm only a week in, but I'm loving it thus far.

I read it in some article that you need to use a good quality MTC and make sure that there are no heavy metals from the processing. Thanks for the feedback.

You can use cream cheese with butter. Just don’t melt them. Let them get to room temperature and then mix them.
