I was in the health food store yesterday looking for a good 100% dark chocolate baking bar and came across a bag of Lily’s chips, 55% cocoa and sweetened with stevia. Does anyone have a recommendation or admonition for this while trying to stay in ketosis?

Recognizing that homemade will always taste better, does anyone have any experience with the powdered kind found in the health food store? I'm a single mom with two jobs and no time to make my own on a regular basis. If you've tried it, how is it compared to just regular chicken broth or chicken bouillon? thx.
So my new best friend is coconut cream (made by taking full-fat coconut milk, putting in the fridge to separate, and then scooping out the luscious goodness that is the cream). However, I can't find any nutritional info that takes into account the removal of the water when measuring my serving. Any help? thx.
