yes sounds like fat fast. I just want to say be careful doing fat fasts. From my experience...I ate LCHF for 2 years and lost a lot of weight, but also a lot of muscle. You've probably heard of "skinny fat". Be sure to eat enough protein to preserve/build muscle. That's what I'm in the process of attempting now....

Being in ketosis does not automatically equate to weight loss. If you are eating too much you won't lose weight. Check out OKL macros. It's low carb with appropriate amounts of protein and fat. I love it!

I lost over 100 lbs in 1 year on LCHF. That was 2 years ago. I"m not sure why you are eating so many eggs? I mean, eggs are great but there is a whole bunch of protein you can have. I am doing OKL (Optimal Ketogenic Living) macros now, still low carb, adequate protein, and fat. Am loving it.
