It's great except that I bounce around a lot and my weight loss is pretty slow, so I'll be like, "Yes! I am out of the 180s!" and then the next week will have me right back in them. So it just adds a lot more highs AND lows for me. :/

I think my logging is at least fairly accurate. I do eat out at least a few times a week but I compare entries to the nutritional information provided by restaurants, and overestimate calories for places that dont provide that info. Ice cream, or anything similar to it. I even buy the healthier 100 calories greek yogurt pops and will eat the whole box in one sitting if I dont watch out. Soooooo I've stopped buying them and only get ice cream when I'm out somewhere. Also cereal. I've stopped buying that too. Sigh.

I've lost 11 pounds since May 29, when I was at my heaviest at 191. So 11 pounds in a little under 3 and a half months. Is that reasonable?

I spoke to the nutritionist at my crossfit gym and she told me I would almost certainly never weigh less than I did in high school.
