Dunno if this has been said already but eating multiple times throughout the day spikes your insulin, leading to fat storage. You'll lose weight, but not nearly as much fat. Your meals should be as such to keep you full til the next one. I'd recommend eating 5+ times a day to someone trying to gain weight.

Yeah if you're eating low carb then you can eat higher healthy fats. I'm not sure why you'd want to go low on both.

Favorite dinner of the week by far. I baked half a pomfret with red pepper flakes, rosemary, salt and pepper, sautéed some broccoli, and mashed a potato with plenty of chives and garlic.
